We at Consultants On Call have been providing support to the Mid-Michigan area for 20+ years.

Although we can support most anyone, our specialty is providing the client with their own IT support department in-house. Our abilities are not limited to any one task. We have experience in most aspects of any business or municipal function. For those business's that request IT support, we can provide Budget Preparation, Network Analysis, and complete Helpdesk Support involving IT.

With Consultants On Call as their IT support specialist, each client can take advantage of Consultants On Call's free Helpdesk. With our helpdesk, clients are given a unique username and password to log into the Helpdesk. Here users will enter in Work Orders, which are then emailed to the user, the users supervisor, Consultants On Call and to the assigned IT support specialist cell phone. Each time a user or a IT support specialist updates the Work Order, an updated copy of the Work Order is then emailed to the user and supervisor to keep them updated.
