Helpdesk has now changed. We are no longer requiring people to
enter things into the helpdesk.

call and setup and appointment to do this. I may not be available to help you at
this time.
If you would like remote access help, we have setup an account through MSN
messenger to assist with this.
Those procedures are here:
2) Login with the username of support@4coc.com into MSN Messenger, password to be given if you call.
3) Click Start, All Programs, Remote Assistant, click Invite Someone to Help You.
(click HERE if you get this Prompt: Your current system settings prevent you from sending an Invitation.)
4) select rkramer@4coc.com from the list, click Invite this person.
5) This will send me an invitation and when I accept, we will be connected.
